Getting to know each other: We start with a complimentary consultation and on-site visitation where we gather the details of your design needs.

Proposal review & approval: At this time we align the scope, approach and budget. I'll walk you through the process and what each phase will look like. With an approved proposal, I'll send an agreement which includes a "not-to-exceed" budget for flat rate design fees per room and furnishing costs. For remodel projects, we refer a preferred list of builders or we are happy to work with your GC/builder of choice.

Floor plans & furnishing selections: Once the budget and scope has been approved we move into designing! You'll get floor plans with measurements for furniture space planning as well as elevation drawings for remodel projects. We'll choose furnishings for each room based on the agreed upon budget and scope. Design concept boards show each proposed item in detail as well as in collage form for each space. We purchase, secure and inspect all selections as they arrive and store until install day.

Furniture install: Once all items have arrived we'll have all the old furnishing removed and donate the unwanted items. With the room being empty, the room will be painted with the approved color. Last but not least - Install Day! It will usually take a business day and we ask our clients not to be home. We bring in all the furnishings and style the space. Shortly after we'll schedule one last visit to photograph the space.
