Project: Touchmark Retirement Condos

Full-Service Styling with LRS Architects + David Papazian Photography

This full-service styling project was completed in collaboration with LRS Architects to prepare a newly constructed Touchmark retirement condo for a high-impact marketing photoshoot. Designed to appeal to upscale retirees, the goal was to create a warm, welcoming, and fully furnished environment that balanced comfort with elegance—and could be executed on a tight timeline.

We selected and styled every element of the space, including the dining table, living room furnishings, indoor plants, and layered décor, to bring life and livability to the condo’s modern layout. All furnishings were sourced and rented from @cityhomepdx, who graciously accommodated our last-minute needs with delivery and removal completed within a three-day window.

Photographed by David Papazian, the final result is a polished, inviting interior that feels move-in ready—supporting the architectural vision and elevating the condo’s appeal through thoughtful, market-savvy styling.
